Dr. Fred Murray - Chiropractor
Dr. Fred Murray was born in Cape Town, South Africa, and later moved to Port Elizabeth, where he was employed as a telecommunications electrician with the South African Railways, and later as a technical analyst with Ford Motor Company.
Personal experience with Chiropractic convinced him of the benefits of Chiropractic, resulting in his enrolling at the Palmer College of Chiropractic where he graduated on the Dean’s List with Highest Honors in June 1971. After a short time in practice in Iowa he moved, with his wife to Lloydminster where he joined the Lloydminster Chiropractic Centre, formerly the Berg Clinic of Chiropractic, in September 1971.
Upon his arrival in Lloydminster he became aware of the needs of the community, and has been involved in many local organizations. He is a past President of the Rotary Club of Lloydminster, past Chairman of the Saskatchewan Telemiracle Foundation and many other organizations.
He is a member of the Alberta College and Association of Chiropractors and the Canadian Chiropractic Association, and has served as a member of the Continuing Competency Committee of the Alberta College and Association of Chiropractors since its formation in January 1987.
After 43 years in practice he continues to enjoy the privilege of practicing his chosen profession and exposing patients to the benefits of Chiropractic.
