Dr. Sydney Christie, B.Sc., DC

BIO

Born and raised in Lloydminster, Sydney graduated from Holy Rosary High School before attending the University of Saskatchewan. She studied Kinesiology there for 3 years while achieving Dean’s List status. Sydney furthered her studies in Portland, OR at the University of Western States, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a degree of Doctor of Chiropractic, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology.

 

While growing up in Lloydminster, Sydney was a competitive athlete, playing softball in numerous provincial and national championship tournaments.  Always active, Sydney currently enjoys volleyball, cross-fit, and the occasional pickleball game.

 

Dr. Christie has a passion for holistic health and has clinical experience treating patients of all ages, conditions, and backgrounds.  With a keen interest in continuing education, Sydney has taken seminars on pediatrics, pregnancy, and postpartum care, including the WEBSTER TECHNIQUE.  In practice, she assesses and analyzes with a whole-body approach and conducts chiropractic care through manual and instrument adjusting.  Dr. Christie uses many treatment methods including the Activator Technique, cold laser therapy, cupping, and other instrument assisted soft tissue therapies.  Additionally, Sydney utilizes rehab and exercise therapy as she strives to give patients the tools to supplement ‘in office’ care with ‘at home’ care. 

 

Dr. Christie is looking forward to helping new and existing patients on their journey to optimal health and wellness.
